My roof is spectacular. Strong and beautiful. The Greener team took advantage of a short period of dry weather to re-roof my 3/2 home in just one week. Mike Delgado was responsive and communicated often to update me on progress. He jumped in and helped work toward solutions when unexpected needs arose. We stayed close to our target budget calculations, too. The Greener team on site worked with skill and urgency. I am awed by what they accomplished so quickly under extreme heat conditions. The roof looks wonderful. It's a head-turner. It also sailed through inspections. The carpentry on my soffit and fascia is excellent. They accomplished all this while following best practices for breaks, hydrating, etc. As the homeowner, I was responsible to be there at all times. It was challenging. My home was a construction zone. But Mike Delgado talked me through it. He should be a therapist. The Greener crew did their best to perform safety checks for debris and sharp metal in my yard, however, I'd advise anyone who is re-roofing to be alert and vigilant, too. I am sleeping easier under a brand new Greener Roof!

Greener Roofing were very professional and thorough in assessing my lightening damage on my roof. Maycol Delgado went out of his way going into my attic to see if any damage was present. Luckily there was none. My roof tiles were discontinued but managed to find enough for the repair. His demeanor, courtesy and honest communication is very rare nowadays.
